I uploaded the template to my-templates and it didn't work - the screenshot.png file didn't display and when I activated the theme there was no formatting at all

So I uploaded instead to the bb-templates folder and it worked fine.

Not sure why this is as permissions were identical and the source files from my hard drive identical too.

that's strange, works for me. check the bbPress documentation. Adding it to the bb-templates folder should also work though.

-www.my-domain.com/forum/my-templates/vfxdude (directory permission 755)
-www.my-domain.com/forum/my-templates/vfxdude all files has permission 644

Uploaded to ftp with Filezilla in auto mode.

But still cannot get your (or another) template that I uploaded to show in the admin panel under the pane "Styles".
Any Ides? Start from scratch with new installation?

BBPress installation is "3.0.7-PL1"

I understand if this isn't supported in this forum, as its a BBPress issue. But any help would be most appreciated :-)

I have installed BBPress Forum on a seperate folder on my domain. I`m struggling to figure out where to place the files from the download sections.

Is there a user guideline for installation/configuring BBpress forum to be able to dislplay the same way as this forum?

there is a theme setting in version 1.3 for that, called "Use an alternative styling for widget headings (cufonized)".

I'd like to make my sidebar headers with the cufon, just as you have done on the example site. How do i do that? I basically just want to make a "Contact" header with our mailing address and phone numbers underneath. Please see screenshot:http://bit.ly/2Cdhmd & http://bit.ly/1C1toY

Thanks,
Adrian
