I'm having a real hard time trying to figure this one out. I even asked my friend which is like a master at coding websites.. but said he never done multiple background images, so I'm hoping you can help me out here VFXDUDE.

I'm using the BFNAV child theme.

So basically I'm trying to have a image on top of the page and a image on the bottom as well. So far I am only able to get the top image to work.. but not the bottom.

So this is the working code for the top image:

body { background: #fff url(http://nerwinator.com/wp-content/themes/bfnav/images/texture7.jpg) repeat-x; }

I tried it this way to get the bottom image to show up and it just didn't work:

body {background: #fff url(http://nerwinator.com/wp-content/themes/bfnav/images/texture7.jpg) center top repeat-x, url(http://nerwinator.com/wp-content/themes/bfnav/images/texture7_bottom.jpg) center bottom repeat-x; }

so I'm not sure why it isn't working and hopefully you can help me out to get it to work, it would be greatly appreciated!

I have a little problem. I'm using the BFWide child theme and I'm trying to get the footer into shape. I'm wondering if it's possible to make the footer an image of my own... and of course, how. Then, I'm wondering how to make the footer stick. I want it to always be at the bottom, whether scrolling or not. Also, if it might help or have an effect on the footer image, I'm planning to have a background image also.

Alright so I been trying to figure this out for days and I must be completely retarded because I couldn't figure it out and just gave up and figured I would as you vfxdude or anyone else that might know how to do this.

So I see a lot of people do this to the theme. Their not using the cufon font replacement, I want to disable this just on the side bar headings. I just want it to use normal font with a black background. Like in the example below with the blue arrows pointing at it.

Does anyone know how to do that? Because I'm 100 percent clueless and it's probably something really easy. Please help me!

Hi.

I,m using the BFAera childtheeme. I'm trying to make the container background semi-transparent.

Problem is that setting the opacity of the #container in style.css reduces the opacity both on background and content.

Setting a semi-transparent background-image is futile because the optionstyle.css background-color kicks in.

Is there a workaround for this?

I'm having some trouble. I have a need to have a background image on the content section of a page, my contact page to be exact. I also have the text in 3 columns, my problem is it works without columns, but not with. Any ideas on how I can do this? I tried editing the html with a div style and the url as a background, but it doesn't work once I use columns. The link is http://carriemack.com/?page_id=33 if that helps. Thanks for any help!!

Hi again,

I've changed the background colour for this theme in the theme settings. But know I discovered accidentally, that - although I have done this - in the style.css is still the original background colour, that comes with the original theme files (#edeeef).

At the frontend site, the colour is as I set it in the theme settings, so far, so good. But I don't understand, where BigFeature writes this background colour down, if not in the style.css ... I'm a bit confused, sorry ...

I attempted editing the style.css file to fix a "watermark" style image to the background of the body:

}

It comes up for a split second while loading and then seems to get overwritten by the content. Tried it with IE 6 & 8 with the same result. Check it at http://gracebeliever.com
