you can use a redirection plugin to change the link adress of posts and pages.

I'm not familiar with statpress.

when we are click to posts and then post content displaying.. But i want to that, when click to post thumbnail or posts heading on category page go to extarnal link (i mean permalink to outside of my blog) finally, i want to report all cliks on statpress so changes are can be reachable for statpress or similar plugins.
