For the videos/images that constrain to the content width the code can be changed so that it comes below the title, but there is no setting for this. You can add the video into the post instead though to achieve this. For example, when i post the video on my blog and publish, i get the video, then the title name. And if i make a regular post, the title name comes on top, the post below. thanks
