css like this can be added to style.css

As I wrote, in style.css. Add it to the bottom to override any other style though. And it's even better to add it to style.css of child theme (use bfBlank if not using a child theme already).

the "Navigation hover color" is actually the background color when a navigation style with a background color is selected (bottom of navigation tab). If you want a hover color for the link, css like this can be added to style.css (I probably should add this in the theme settings color tab too):

ul.navigation a:hover { color: #660000; }

and here is an explanation how to center the navigation.

Is there a way to get Navigation Text to change color when hovering? I don't want the background color to change....just the text only.

Also, how can I get my navigation bar to center on screen instead of aligning to right of screen.
