yes, with css image replacement. Use Firebug to find the navigation item class.

Is it possible to replace the menu items with images? I have a specific text that I'd like to use for my navigation menu (at the top) and I'd like to use images there, as well as in my sidebar that users can click on to get to those specific pages and/or categories.

Is this possible?
