set the "posts page" to any page (create a new one and call it Blog. it needs no content), and add it to the navigation. you can also check this video tutorial where setup the website like that.

Thank you. I followed the instructions and the home page was working as I wanted it to. However, the blog page no longer functions as a blog page. It doesn't feed the blogs through and has changed in appearance.

Also, within the blog page I have text "This is an example of a WordPress page, you could edit this to put information..etc" that I can't figure out how to get rid of.

All other pages are working fine.

I can't find a way to set Frontpage to be my home page. It always defaults to the blog page. I'm obviously missing something here, otherwise it wouldn't be called Frontpage, but I'm afraid I just can't figure it out. Can you help please?
