that doesn't work. You have to add the images to the image url field above that one or set it as default in the uploader. You can set the width of the image (and the content) with custom fields though. add the imagewidth custom field parameter and the pixel width as value, and add textwidth for content area.

not sure what's going on. you need to isolate the problem. create a new page using the "no sidebar" template, and paste the same shortcode there. If it works then the problem can be using the bfthumbs shortcode with the thumbnails page template.

the first one is using the portfolio template that one will not show thumbnails. use the thumbnails template instead, or the bfthumbs shortcode and the no sidebar template.

hey thx. but i´ve got another little problem. a page with the portfolio theme doesn´t show the default thumb from a source page. http://einfachtimo.de/wp/?page_id=222

another site has no problem with the thumb. http://einfachtimo.de/wp/

i don´t want to see the default image on the source page so i used the "thumbnail image url field"

to remove the post/page title you can use the title="false" parameter, but I guess this is a hardcoded title. In posts you can add custom text as an excerpt, but pages do not have excerpts. However, there's a way to add excerpts to pages in WP2.9:

add_action( 'admin_menu', 'bf_excerpt_meta_box' );
function bf_excerpt_meta_box() {
	add_meta_box( 'postexcerpt', __('Excerpt'), 'post_excerpt_meta_box', 'page', 'normal', 'core' );
}

This will be a part of the theme from the next version, but to add this to the current version it's just to add the above code to the functions.php file.

Hi,

I'm using bfthumbs to list particular (sub)pages as such:

[ bfthumbs order="ASC" id="39,37,35" sidebar="false" popup="true" ]

My pages have a content 'title', something like this: <h1>The Janitors</h1>. Is there a way to tell bfthumbs to ignore this initial title?

Thanks!
