3 different categories next to each other

Hi,

I would like to have 3 different categories next to each other on my frontpage. How can I do that?

Normally three post of the same category will be displayed with a thumbnail next to each other.

you can use the id parameter to add posts/pages from different categories. Like this:

[bfthumbs id="23,55,87"]

you can also use tags, like this:

[bfthumbs tags="tag1,tag2"]

Now I have created a 'button'on the homepage with an image, but that image (button) will appear on the page as a large image on top of the page, how can you not show that image, or place another image instead of the image that is used on the homepage on top of the page?

not sure what you mean about button, but if it's related to what's above, then you mean a thumbnail post. You can add a custom image for the thumbnail post by adding a url to the "Thumbnail image URL" input field below the editor. Then you don't need a post image, or use a different one.

I have created new buttons http://www.twentescooter.nl (the green one in the middle). The bottom is cut off. What is the exact proportion of the thumbnail image,so that the complete button will be shown?
