Hi Vfxdude,

It seems that the widget BF feature post is giving a headache. I thing there is a bug with the number of post I want to show most in post.

Ive set it to 4 max, with no categories but ticked dynamic category in the option.

The problem is that is the posts, it shows like 10 to 15...

Could you help me please fix it so it only shows 4 posts.

The other problem well more of an enquiry for BF Recent Comment.

is that is it possible to remove the post excerpt/comment?

I tried looking at the widget.php in bigfeature but Didnt want to touch anything ^^

Not sure what is causing this, because when I test, it shows the correct amount of posts. You can use the bfthumbs shortcode instead of the featured widget though. Add this to the functions.php (preferably in a child theme):
```
function custom_featuredposts() {
  if (is_single()) {
     global $post;
     $categories = get_the_category($post->ID);
     if (!empty($categories)) {
       foreach ($categories as $category) { $cats[] = $category->cat_ID; }
       $cat = implode(',',$cats);
     }
     $sc = '[bfthumbs category="'.$cat.'" numposts="5" numcols="5" width="160" marginright="8" text="false"]';
     echo do_shortcode($sc);
  }
}
add_action( 'bf_after_article', 'custom_featuredposts', 10 );
```
It works like the dynamic feature on the featured widget, that it uses the current post categories to show posts. The bfthumbs can be in any style, see here for some examples.

is it possible to remove the post excerpt/comment?
You can remove the line with get_comment_text or you can add this css to style.css:

.recentcomments span { display:none; }
