just a stupid Question. I have upgraded to latest version of wordpress 301 and theme right now and using a bfslider on the frontapage, before the updates the images were scaled down to fit the set width, but after the update the images are not scaled.
Is there someting I missed to update or something like that ?

in version 1.4 automatic resizing was only added for the content area, but since I guess the slider is in a page without sidebar, then it will not apply for this. Now I have added a bugfix realease (version 1.4.0.2) where it's back to normal though. Here's how to upgrade.
However, I see no reason to add too large images to the page slider for them to be resized like that. It's much better to resize them first (to the container width) and then insert them. Then you get no loss in image quality.
