BigFeature Theme install problem

Just downloaded the BigFeature theme.
Tried to install via Wordpress but get a message saying it failed as css.style is missing.

Noticed in instructions that you are not supposed to use the download zip.

So how do I install it via Wordpress?
I don't use ftp.

Problem is, the only zip file is the one I downloaded. It's called 'bigfeature-wordpress-theme.zip'.

Inside that zip is the bigfeature folder and a doc folder. There is no file called bigfeature.zip

ok. I have forgotten to make a zip file of the bigfeature folder then (just the latest version). It's just to zip the bigfeature folder. don't know how? install 7-zip or the likes, and right click the folder and choose "add to bigfeature.zip".

Hello, I am also having trouble installing bigfeature theme onto wordpress for the same reasons. How should I go about uploading it? What do you mean by install 7-zip? Is this something I can still do even though I'm using a Macbook pro laptop?

Use FTP and upload the bigfeature folder to the wordpress themes folder.

If you have to use the wordpress installer (not necessary if using the method above), then you have to zip the bigfeature folder. Use whatever program works on the mac to zip the folder (I just forgot to zip it for this version, but zipping a folder is very easy).

Can you please fix this problem? I have no clue how to use 7-zip. I just paid $30 for a theme that is not upload ready.....

I can't figure out FTP or 7-zip. I have never used these programs before. I googled how to zip folders using those programs but the instructions are not very clear for a beginner. I really need to get my theme switched over to yours. Can you please make the big feature zip file.

Again this is what it says when I try to upload:

Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed.

Lhoffman22, unpack the downloaded zip file and upload the bigfeature folder with ftp. or zip the folder if you have to use the wp installer. if you can't do either email me with the themeforest contact form (on the right sidebar).
