Dear Vfxdude,
We have a heavy customized version (childtheme) of BigFeature 1.3.5.
As the childtheme somehow does not work anymore with the latest version of BigFeature (no clue why), I wonder, if I could update to 3.0 without any problems. Will the 1.3.5 work? I don't need the new menu bar tool of wordpress 3.0 as long as the old bigfeature version is working.

1.3.5.2 was customized to work with WP3.0. I can't guarantee that 1.3.5 works smoothly. Even 1.3.5.2 had some WP3.0 issues that is fixed in 1.4 (blog posts template did not work and some problems with multisite).
The child themes should work. You need the add_stylesheets function in functions.php though (that was not in the first version of the child themes). Just use the topArt functions.php and that should be ok.
