A programmer was building my WP BigPicture site on his own server. He quite the project half way through and released the files to me. I'm at my witts-end trying to figure out how to get the site working on my server so I can continue to build upon it. Is there anyone out there that that can help me? info@perfectmediagroup.com

Do you mean BigFeature?
You can ask questions here. It's hard to know your skill level. Install wordpress and upload the theme, then activate it. Check this for using and setting up the theme. More documentation is here.
