I noticed on the theme preview you have on this site has a comment reply button on a comment, so you can reply to someone's comment.

Is that a plugin or a piece of code?

Cause I would like that on mine too.

this is built in to wordpress, you enable it in settings - discussion - Enable threaded comments.
