It would be cool if we could provide class ids in the theme settings for the cufon replacement functionality to be applied to.

adminyou can do that with the cufon fonts you upload though, but it's an idea to add a targeting input field for the default cufon font too. Until then you can just upload it and target it in the uploader (the fonts are located in the library/js/cufon folder. Add default to the target list to override the one in the dropdown list).
