Featured Image not showing up

I have a site I am designing at dionevanslive.com and I have the latest posts showing on the front page, but I cannot see the Featured Image for the post on the frontpage. It is not showing there at all. I have tried a few different things to troubleshoot, but no dice.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Same here, my web hosted on windows server. and no featured image is shown.

read this, and in the faq read this and this, and if you are sure you understand things it's probably a timthumb problem, then read the troubleshooting at the bottom of this article.
