   Is it possible to run the Blog layout on the frontpage and have the images underneath the post title?

   not sure I understand. The blog is on the frontpage by default. Images can be under the title if you add them into the post and add a readmore tag after (then the automatic limiter will not strip the tags).

   Yeah it worked, one problem though. When I do the insert into post option it doesn't resize the images at all and it will use it's native size. Is there anyway to have it resize blog images for the width of the post and a max-height of 600px?

   you can change the wordpress Media Settings (under settings - media), to fit the post width. When you insert into the post you choose the predefined size (the post width is 528 px by default). More info under point 7 here.

   Alright seems I got it. But if I go to import this theme on an existing site and the site's current theme has it set so when you upload the image, no matter what you choose IE. Medium, Large, Full Size, it still has a max-width of 500px. Will my previous posts on the site which may have a width of 650px but were rescaled to 500px be their regular size or will it be auto-scaled?
