that's a fixed div to the bottom. check the css with Firebug and replicate. There's also some login widgets for the sidebar available.

Hi guys,
The admin is absolutely right. The form is a custom widget styled with an absolute fixed value. The contents of the widget is loaded based on whether or not a user is logged in.
