Hi guys,
Anyone know how to effectively remove timthumb script & replace it with the wordpress built in Post Thumbnails ?
I find Tinthumb is not working as expected, it cant regenerate the thumbnails generated.
I deleted the old images & reuploaded new ones but it stil showing old thumbnails.
This is a big problem.
Anyone can help ?

Hi thanks for the prompt reply.
After I deleted the cache folder, the thumbs are not displaying anymore, & I have to reupload the images again..After reupload images, the thumbnail is not immediately generated, it takes some whiles.
Moreover, this is very inconvenient if we want to modify uploaded images by reupload new ones.
Old thumbnail will stil stick there, new one just wont replace it.

delete the contents of the cache folder then. the script tries to create the folder, but on some servers that doesn't work. I have had no problems with timthumb not regenerating my re uploaded images, it should detect that it's new. Clear the browser cache, could be that.
