I want to make my Blog page be my Home page

Here's my website.

http://www.twolightfilms.com/

I want the http://www.twolightfilms.com/blog2/ page to be my home page. So when a user sees my home, the BLOG section displays first. I don't know where that option is on the theme, please help!

You do that not through the theme settings, but on the wordpress settings > Reading settings > Front Page displays: <select page>
