Issue with bfslider

Hi,
I'm having an issue with dropping this code into a site i'm working on:

[bfslider name = "slides" height = "300" width = "548" buttons = "false" animation = "fade"]

Everything seems to look okay in the code but the js isn't loading and the images are all appearing at the same time as an unordered list.

It worked before. I removed it about 6 months ago, haven't changed anything in the meantime and now when I try to use again it isn't behaving.

deactivate all plugins (and maybe also remove added scripts) see if it works again.
