Hi,
I'm trying to link the big "feature image" to its corresponding blog post,
as it does in the demo.

However, clicking my "feature image" just launches the image itself in a light box rather than linking to the post. How can I change this?

The first post on the blog frontpage gets a big feature image (as do every single post view page), and it should link the post not the image. So it should not open in a lightbox, but again it depends what you are talking about when saying feature image, there are a lot of confusions, like explained here.
Link to your website then it's easier to see what you are talking about.

I would like all the the Feature Images to link to their blog posts, (like the Titles & Read mores do), Currently when you click the image it just launches itself in a lightbox , rather than linking to the blog.
Is it possible to change this functionality?

ok, that's the photoblog template, the images links to themselves to be able to open in a lightbox popup. The template can be modified though:
Copy photoblog.php to the child theme folder and edit to modify:
search for:
noresize
replace that whole line with:
<?php if ($image = get_image('noresize', true, false, false)) { ?><div class="postimage"><a href="<?php the_permalink(); ?>"><?php echo $image; ?></a></div><?php
