Multilingual site, which plugin??

Hi,
I need to make a site multilingual (the main one is in italian and I have to set up the english part). I'd like to know if there's a plugin you reccomend that works with big feature theme.

yes my site is made with big feature, and i using the WPML plugin in other sites...work fine
