Morning,
I have created a page with my services, called “diensten”. (see this link). Every service is a different post. But excally I want them to be pages so I can add them to the “diensten” menu-item (and show up in pull-down).
The problem now is that i don’t know how to make thumbs from pages so the page “diensten” looks like it is it is looking now..... still following me...;-)
I tried [bfpage =id] but that just shows the complete page....

well, there is no way to create thumbnail posts to pages, but there are hacks. You can use the redirecting plugin to redirect to pages, or you can just copy the generated html and create static html thumbnail posts (paste into the html page editor).
hmmm maybe I should just add pages to the bfthumbs shortcode. It's an idea. It got to take a list of ID's then, since there's no category for pages...I'll put it on my todo list...
I logged in wanting to ask how do i get child pages to show as thumbnails on tha parent page... i know now it's not a built in feature yet. If you could update the bfthumbs shortcode to do that - it will be great!
But for now, How exactly do I copy the generated html - how can I get it generated in the first place?

you can create temporary posts with a default image (maybe linking to an image attached to the page) and display them in a page with the bfthumbs shortcode. Then copy the thumbnail post html (with firebug or view source. the thumbnail posts got the classes "post thumb"), and paste it in the the page editor (html view). Edit the html as you wish.
So has this feature been added? Or is it still on the to-do list?
