What's the best approach for designating a print stylesheet? Or, if I want the browser agent to print exactly what the screen displays, the best approach for specifying my custom styles.css to be used for screen AND print?

adminthere is already a print stylesheet available with this theme. I have not updated it lately though, but you can modify it to you likings. File - Print Preview to see how it looks. To print exactly what is displayed you can remove the print stylesheet (search for print.css in theme-functions.php (in library/functions)).
