proplayer issue "Video not found or access denied"??

Hi,
did anyone have this issue when you post vimeo contents using proplayer in your wordpress site? I wonder if this is something that VIMEO doesnt allow, or proplayer issue.

set Cache Timeout to 0 in proplayer settings.

yea that didnt help. i did some search about it and i think it is just Vimeo not allowing. I just tested with embed code, and works fine. It is just using proplayer with the link of the content or site.
