At the risk of asking the obvious, is there a way to make clicking on "Read More" always go to a full page for the post (with no sidebar)? I'm new. Loving it so far but have a lot to learn.

adminyou can use the custom single functionality, or the new shortcode template system to use a single post view template without sidebar. If you want to use a page instead you can use a redirect plugin.
