I have a few questions:

1.- Instead of having a small logo, I added a big header image. How can I add the search box above the header image. I mean, I've seen sites where the search box appears inside the header image, in the right corner. How can I do that?

2.- How can I rotate ads below the articles? I have more than one banner/amazon widget but I can only use one. I tried a plugin called Wp-Ads but doesn't show anything. So, is there a way to have several ads rotate below the article" so everytime someone loads the website they see a different ad?

3.- The dropdown option on the nav bar is awesome, but if the list is too large, and I have a YouTube video posted on the first post, the dropdown list gets hidden behind the youtube video (or any other flash object for that matter). The solution I need is something similar to the subscribe/share buttons under every post on my website, if you click on it the flash objects dissapear while using that dropmenu. Check it out and you'll see what I mean.

Since I prefer one question per topic I changed the title, but will answer them all. The point with a forum is for other users to join in, that is hard if there are so many different questions in one post.

Anyway...Since I changed the title I will answer the ad question first then.

If a plugin got shortcodes, ads can be added to any of the widget areas called Adspaces (with the "BF Page" widget). There is one called "Adspace - Below the article". That one will display ads below the first article on the frontpage and below every article on the single/article page. If the plugin doesn't have a shortcode you can use hooks, like this:
function my_ads() { wpads(’Test Zone’); } add_action('bf_after_article','my_ads', 9);

Add this code in function.php (preferably in a child theme).

The first question is not specific to the theme, since it can be done with css. A tip is to use absolute positioning.

About the dropdown menu appearing below flash...will look into this issue...

btw I think your english is good...it's not my first language either...

Found a couple of quickfixes for the dropdown/flash issue. Add wmode="transparent" to the embed code. or you can use the ProPlayer plugin instead.
