the images for my slider are not resizing. I am using images that are well within the scope most are about 1600 x 1200. i read the sticky announcements, wasn't too sure if this is what you were talking about. i have watched your video many times and have done exactly what you do and have read the page template articles and such. anything else i need to do. the slider is working fine, but my images are being cut off, like they are too big. any suggestions.

vfxdudeimages inserted into the editor will not be re sized. Preset sizes can be added though. read about that in point 7 in this article (also included in the zip file). In wordpress 2.9 the images can be re sized in the upload dialog too.
