In the latest theme update the 'numposts' atribute doesn't seem to work. I use the following shortcode:
[bfslider name="reviews" type="category" numposts="5" imagesize="feature" height="250" maximageheight="230" auto="true" animation="fade" numeric="true"]
Further, I saw in the latest demo, that you have a new (very nice and light) css for the page-numbering. What is the code to add in the css file for that?

yep, there was a bug with numposts, to fix it change line 885 in theme-functions.php (version 1.3.4.2) to this:
query_posts(($type=='category'?'category_name='.$queryName.'&':'').'showposts='.$numposts);
To use paging with bfthumbs you have to use the showposts parameter and have either wp-pagenavi or "wp page numbers" plugin installed. on the demo the page numbers plugin is used.

as I said, this is the wp page numbers plugin, if you install this one instead of wp-pagenavi it will be used on the whole website. This plugin got several styles to choose between.
