How can I change my customized theme name for example to "MyBusinessName" or "MyBestKeyword" - does just change in themes folder allow theme and related stuff to work properly or do I need implement much more changes?
(if possible without creating child theme)

Nope. It is for my personal use. There are plenty of paths that refer to theme folder. I`m used to optimize them.
