I want to have images on the thumbnails in my Pages section, however, when I click 'default image' it makes the image appear above the title of the post. I want to remove the image that appears above the title of the post but continue to have the images in my pages section under my thumbnails. For some of the posts it has worked and on others it has not. I am cannot figure out how to make it work on all the posts. Please see example here: http://thestylecrusader.org

i have just tried this and there when i do it a thumbnail image does not display in the pages. if i put a URL in the 'big feature post setting' under 'enter an image URL' an image displays in the pages thumbnail section - but then it also displays an additional photo above the title of the post. please help.
