Hello! I have two questions about the thumbnail settings for posts (I use a custom page as my bloghome).
1) Can I set it up so the text appears on the left side of the thumbnail instead of below?
2) Can I set it up so that it shows recent posts from 2nd to 10th (for example), or in other words to hide the most recent post.

Are you talking about the bfthumbs shortcode? if so...
1. nope. This I will add in version 1.4 though (and even more thumb post styles).
2. That's actually a good idea, so I added a parameter for it right now. It will not be in 1.3.5, since it's already added to Themeforest, but there will be a 1.3.5.1 out very soon though (couple of weeks).
