Regarding the "Use First Attached Image As Default" option, it seems to work only when the images are bigger than a certain pixel width (in my case I use 600pixels). The main column width is 553px, and all my default 553px wide images won't get displayed as the first-attached-default-image. So what I do is create an intentionally larger image (600pixels) and have it resized automatically by the theme. But by doing that, the images aren't as smooth as a proper 553px wide image.
Any solution so that I can prepare the image in 553px width and still have it appear under the first-attached-default image option?
PS: I can also set an image manually to be the default image, but if the width is 553px, it won't work. My full banner default image is 846pixels and it works.
