video issues, please take a look at my site

hi, i am having so much issues with video posts in my blog.
First, it seems like videos from vimeo and using proplayer is working fine. but when i try to use proplayer and a movie file from my website(ftp), it wont view as a "sticky", also it does not enlarges the video. Please take a look at "Commercial Reel" post(500px x 350px). Also when i go into the post, it just show as the regular size and not like large video.
My default proplayer W X H is 500px by 281px

The other issue is that even though i set every video as 500 width, in actual post they look different. i am guess posts from vimeo is real 500px width, but videos from youtube or my FTP is not.

so i guess i kind of know what the problem was with the feature video post. The size of the video was smaller than what i set as a default. I set the "Large Image" size to width:850, and the video that i had was only 500 width. But now i dont get, then why those vimeo videos get automatically resized whenever i make it sticky, and my video which is originally 500 width does not?hmm..

set the original width and height in the shortcode for proportional resizing. All proplayer videos will be resized if no dimensions specified, but based on default proportions set in the proplayer setting.
