Whenever I try to minify all of the used JS files, my menu drop downs revert to the standard method - rather than the js drop downs.

Has anyone properly setup JS minify for BigFeature?

I think I resolved the issue. I believe it had to do with the ordering of the .js files.

I used tools.pingdom.com to see the order in which they were loaded and simply ordered them as such. That resolved my problem!

I continued playing with this issue, and it also seems that it is important to choose a 'Blocking' embed location type.
