    I have used this very flexible theme as the basis for a site to showcase a geo location based plugin for buddypress. The plugin is not quite ready yet but will be soon providing users with buddypress maps for their social communities.

    Hi Chuck,

    I read the post on including jQuery for the effects on the pics and text. Which widget dod you use? Or how to implement it?
    Thanks! Great website and nice that you share your knowledge.

    Illusio,

    How do you set to have one reference to one CSS only, that is the child's theme stylesheet?

    I do realized that most of the websites designed by you only refers to child's theme stylesheet. Something like this.
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.muddyriverdesign.com/wp/wp-content/themes/bfwide/style.css" type="text/css" media="screen" />

    Thanks.

    @deez: the parent theme (BigFeature) actually imports the default/base style sheet. Here's the reference:

    @import "../bigfeature/style.css";

    After recently updating our Flash website with the new features and skin we were 'forced' to update our WP (BigFeature based) website too - mainly to match the mood and colour scheme of the Flash one...

    And this is where BF really shines!

    It took me only about couple of ours to totally transform it to the desired looks:

    http://www.thecliffsoncape.com/html/

    There is still fair bit of work to be done on some sections but that is more of an update job than anything else...

    Many thanks, yet again, for this awesome theme!

    @astroman. The site uses the MailChimp WordPress Plugin. Very customizable and has shortcode support.
