Wordpress 3.0 multiuser question

Hello! First of all congratulations and thank you for this fantastic theme.
I'm working on the new wordpress 3.0 and I'm using the multiuser option. I've done all my work on the topart theme and it works like a dream.
However...
I was wondering
1)how can I make the main navigation global (available to all the other sub/blogs)
2)how can I make the logo to link always on the top site (instead of the current blog, basically hard code it)

Any suggestions?

Silly me! I've just realised how multiuser works...and that I can't have the same navigation across all the network.. nothing to do with your fantastic theme!

yep that's right, every site got it's own settings and navigations. In the latest version I have added the possibility to enable the WP3 menu admin if you want to use that instead, also added the background image functionality.

To hardcode the logo link, you can edit the headerFeatures function if theme-functions.php (located in the library/functions folder).

Change this:
<div id="logo"><a href="<?php echo get_option('home'); ?>">

to for example this:
<div id="logo"><a href="http://mysite.com">
