WP 3.1.3 and Theme Settings Tabs

Just upgraded to WP 3.1.3 and it disables the Big Feature Theme Settings tabs. I deactivate all plugins, etc.

Is there a work around or do I need to roll back?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Ooops! I forgot to update the theme as well. My bad! Everything works just fine with WP3.1.3 Sorry for the false alarm.
