WP 3.1.4 upgrade, formatting issues

Is anyone else experiencing crazy formatting issues after upgrading to WP 3.1.4?
I'm using the main theme. My sidebar content is now in the footer, footer content is now in the sidebar and nextgen thumbs are all over the place. Incidentally, page2 and up looks fine, it's only occurring on the front page.

UPDATE: It's fixed. Not sure why this mattered or why it would affect the placement of the sidebar/footer, but I deleted my most recent nextgen gallery, created it new, and it now appears as it should. Weird one.

Thanks for sharing the solution. I am also considering upgrading to 3.1.4
